    • 9.0 liter Gen V Dodge Viper runs 9.7@147 all motor - Quickest and fastest naturally aspirated Gen V

No turbos, no dual clutch, no direct injection, and no nonsense. Just raw American cubic inches doing what they do they best. This 9.0 liter Gen V Dodge Viper managed a 9.750 @ 147.20 in the 1/4 mile on a 1.475 60 foot.

This is the naturally aspirated or all motor record for the Gen V Viper platform.

The V10 is making 727 rear wheel horsepower on 93 octane pump fuel.

As for the modifications, this is the former Arrow Racing 9.0 liter package installed by Viper Exchange. The 9.0 liter stroker motor runs roughly $11k and then you add in the heads/cam package which retails just under $14k.

Not cheap but how awesome is being able to outrun a McLaren 720S with a manual transmission and just raw naturally aspirated power?

Now for someone to throw a 300 shot of nitrous on top...

Anyone, including grandpa and grandma, can post fast times in a DCT McLaren 720S. Try doing that in the same car with three pedals on the floor and a manual transmission. That is what separates the men from the boys.I have much respect for folks who can shift and bang their own gears like a boss!
