    • 9.0 liter Viper V10 engine from arrow racing starts at $11,237.97 and makes 800+ naturally aspirated horsepower

No replacement for displacement, right? Arrow Racing is delivering on their promise of a 9.0 liter Viper V10 stroker motor. The price for 549 cubic inches is a reasonable $11,237.97. If you want the motor assembled and installed it will cost you $13,424.97.

Very reasonable for what you get:

      SPROCKET; CRANKSHAFT
      BEARING; PILOT
      WINDAGE TRAY/SCRAPPER
      CONNECTING RODS 6.200 CL
      CONNECTING RODS 6.200 CL
      PISTONS ARR-4065-1.18
      MAIN BEARINGS (5+THRUST)
      ROD BEARINGS (10) - 2.10"

ARROW BUILT KIT PRICE $13,424.97 ARROW BUILD PRICE LESS CORE RETURN
So how about the power and torque gains? Well, there aren't any rear wheel dyno numbers yet but as more people buy this no doubt one will get on a Dynojet at some point.

Here is how the 9.0 liter compares to the factory Gen V 8.4 liter motor:

Where one will really see gains though is if the heads and cam package from Arrow is added in:

Now compare the Stage II 8.4 liter with heads and cams to the Stage II 9.0 liter with the same upgrades:

Very nice, right? Now imagine for a moment some nitrous thrown on top. Maybe a pair of low boost turbos? Maybe nothing at all as it is plenty badass already?

Just an awesome upgrade option for Gen V Viper owners.
